Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Returns (Local Delivery Area Only)

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible regular-priced items within the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD). Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received

  • Include all original packaging in good, reusable condition

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Not be marked as clearance, sale, AS-IS, discontinued, or floor model items

Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a repackaging/restocking fee of up to $200 per item.

To request a return, please contact us at info@mobleronline.ca. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping, Pickup & Processing Fees

Local Returns (Within GVRD)

If you require Mobler Online to pick up your return, a pickup fee of up to $150 may apply.

Returns Outside the GVRD

Customers outside our local delivery area are responsible for all shipping, return shipping, and transportation costs.

Payment Processing Fees

Approved returns, exchanges, and canceled orders are subject to a payment processing fee of up to 3% to cover non-refundable credit/debit card transaction charges incurred by Mobler Online.

If a refund is approved, all applicable fees — including payment processing charges, pickup fees, delivery charges, shipping costs, and restocking/repackaging fees — will be deducted from the refund amount.


Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after payment has been processed may be subject to applicable payment processing fees and restocking fees.

Orders canceled prior to pickup or delivery are still considered canceled orders under this policy.

Orders held for more than 4 months without pickup or delivery may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% if canceled.

Custom orders, special orders, and made-to-order items may not be canceled once production or processing has begun.


Clearance, Sale & Final Sale Items

Clearance items, sale items, AS-IS items, floor models, discontinued items, and other marked final sale merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for refund.

At our discretion, these items may qualify for exchange or store credit.


Exchanges (Local Delivery Area Only)

Eligible items may be exchanged one time within 14 days of purchase provided they are:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

Exchange Delivery & Pickup

Exchanges within the GVRD may qualify for complimentary pickup and delivery depending on order total and location.

If the exchange lowers the order total below the free delivery threshold, applicable delivery fees will apply.

Pickup orders that later require delivery may also be subject to delivery charges.

If original packaging is unavailable, a repackaging/restocking fee of up to $150 per item may apply.

Additional exchanges beyond the first may incur standard pickup, delivery, or transportation fees.

If the replacement item costs:

  • Less: the difference will be refunded or issued as store credit

  • More: the remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival or pickup.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@mobleronline.ca with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, commercial use, rental use, accidental damage, improper care, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under return or warranty policies.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened mattresses

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Sale items

  • AS-IS items

  • Floor models

  • Discontinued items

  • Commercial or rental-use items

  • Custom or special-order products

If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.


Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method less any applicable fees outlined in this policy.

Please note that financial institutions and credit card providers may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear in your account.


Policy Discretion

Mobler Online reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or cancellations that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

In certain situations, we may choose to waive specific fees or offer exceptions at our sole discretion.


Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase with Mobler Online, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
