Mobler Online products carry a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty valid from the date of delivery or pick-up. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to cuts, scratches, damaged caused by impact or accidents, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric peeling, misshapen filling materials and stains. Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products, are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a harsh environment. This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product, and is non-transferable.  This warranty only covers residential use, not commercial use.

We do not provide a warranty on any items shipped outside our local service area. (The Greater Vancouver Regional District)

Goods requiring assembly need special care when handling. Inspect all part and hardware BEFORE assembling any product. Damages resulting from assembly errors or mishandling of parts (like scratches, dents, or cuts from opening the package) are not covered by this guarantee.

In the case of a warranty claim we will proceed with the following steps:

1) We will request photos, videos, and other information to determine what the issue is, and if it qualifies as a warranty claim.  The factory will also be involved in this process.

2) If it does qualify as a warranty claim, we will repair it if repairable or replace it at the direction of the factory.

3) If the product is not repairable we will exchange the part that is broken for a new part.

4) If we do not have stock to exchange the part from, we will contact the factory for parts if possible. 

5) If parts are not available from the factory we will discuss a refund or exchange depending on the situation.

*A manufacturer's warranty is a limited warranty that covers repair and replacement costs due to faulty products, parts or issues that stem from the manufacturing process.
